Christmas 2009

I can finally post!! And so I am going to be posting tons of old pictures. I feel like if I don't post them they never happened!For Christmas every year we have to eat oatmeal before we open gifts and by the look on Connor's face I am the only one who likes this tradition!

I'm not sure what he likes better the paper or the gift. I should have just bought him a roll of wrapping paper to chew on.

I loved this Christmas because no one messed with my tree and all the ornaments. Kaleb was too young to grab anything and Connor was old enough where he knew not to even think about touching the tree! I'm a strict mom when it comes to my tree.

The famous train set that I will always regret buying. It is a hassle to set up and he plays with it for less than 5 minutes but always wants to get it out!!!

Still No Pics

That's right I still can't download pictures yet!! We installed a program and it is preventing us from downloading pictures so hopefully we can get that fixed soon.

Trick or Treat

We had a lot of fun trick-or-treating. We practiced in the house and when he mastered this delicate skill we decided to test it out on the neighborhood. We went to literally 10 houses and it took us more than 45 minutes. Apparently we aren't walkers!

Movement Exploration Class Halloween Party

Connor takes a class through the community center every week. This week they had them dress in their Halloween costumes. They had snacks and went trick-or-treating around the building(don't have those pics yet, but I will soon).

He is blowing bubbles. He loves running around and pooping the bubbles with the wand.

I Rolled Over

Kaleb rolled over for the first time from back to tummy yesterday!! We were so shocked we ddn't see it coming. Today he rolled over from tummy to back!!

Family Home Evening

For our FHE activity this week we decided to paint pumpkins. We were all excited but one member of the family. Can you find Waldo?

Giggler

Every time we put a camera in front of Kale, he refuses to smile or giggle. So getting this video was really hard! He has an even funnier laugh but we were too late with the camera.

We gave Kale solid food for the first time! It was just rice cereal and water.

It was really messy, so maybe he's not quite ready for solid foods.

Seattle trip

This is at Snoqualmie Falls in Washington. We went at night and we were afraid we weren't going to see the falls. We made it right at sunset and the falls were beautiful and then is got dark quick!

This is my pregnant sister KaraLee, her husband Chris and their little boy Grant at Snoqualmie Falls.

Connor was so excited to have this balloon left over from my sister's baby shower, he had to go to sleep with it.

We split the drive up into 2 days since it was 13 hours with 2 small kids. We gave Connor whatever he wanted on the drive. He was quiet and perfect the whole way!

Happy Birthday

Connor had a laid back fun birthday. We went to Evan's sister's, Erin, house and had hamburgers and hotdogs. Connor loved just running around in their big back yard.

Putting it all together!!

Don't look too closely. It was my first 3D cake and it was really hard to put together. For some reason the frosting wouldn't stick to the cake!!! And of course it was a chocolate cake so you could see all the brown chucks of cake in the frosting.Sprinkles hide everything right?!
